Whistleblowing System
Toyoda Gosei Czech s.r.o. informs that in accordance with the Whistblower Protection Act no. 171/2023 Coll. and EU Regulation No. 2019/1937 of 23 October 2019 on the protection of whistleblowers ("the Regulation"), Toyoda Gosei Czech s.r.o. has implemented an internal whistleblowing system (IWS) and has joined the FaceUP Whistleblowing System (FWS) project.
The IWS allows particularly:
- Receiving notifications of possible violations,
- assessing notifications of possible violations,
- protecting the whistleblower from retribution,
- to deal with various other issues.
Through the IWS, notifications can be made:
- in writing to the Company's address, to the attention of the responsible person,
- in writing using the FWS mobile and web app, see link below
- in writing by dropping the notification into one of the boxes marked "Náměty a připomínky" located in the Company
- verbally (via the telephone links and contact numbers of the responsible persons listed below)
- personally, through the responsible person.
The FWS provides an anonymous online confidential mailbox and allows the submission of reports. FWS helps employees, suppliers or customers to deal with the various problems they are having in their relationship with the Company. Anyone can also use the mailbox as a tool for compliments.
You can send us suggestions and make notifications through this link. You can also use the mobile app available on Google Play and the App Store to communicate. The access code to send a suggestion and/or notification is: TOYODA.
After the notification is sent via the NNTB app, the access key will be displayed. Save this key securely. With this key, you can return to the notification at any time. This allows you to get a reply from the responsible person and communicate with them anonymously.
How does FWS work?
Your messages are sent directly to the responsible persons in each category and together we can resolve the issue. The advantage of the FWS is that you do not need to create an account, and we will still be able to respond to your anonymous suggestion without any problems and proactively deal with it.

The company (obliged entity) will not accept notifications from a person who does not work for the company (obliged entity) or performs other similar activities within the meaning of the Regulation and/or the Act.
